Default Bron's stats are misleading and need some context

1)He's being guarded 1x1 in all games besides G4 where he went 20 points on 22 shots (anybody who watches these games can confirm this). MJ, Kobe, AI, anybody really, would dominate against this joke of a defense on superstar.
2)He's still shooting below 40 percent while taking a shitload of shots, it's not like his dominating
3)He does nothing in the clutch, just like in G5, when in last five minutes, when the game was decided, he did nothing.
4)His assists are obviously just like they've always been, drive and kick to a shooter with a few seconds left, but it's still something
5)His rebounding is pretty good, but mainly defensive, he takes a lot of open rebounds.
6)His defense has been complete shit, absolutely non-existant.

Simply put, LeBron is dominating the ball in these Finals more than anyone has ever.

He's at 41.3 USG%. That's higher than even Allen Iverson throughout the 2001 playoffs. (36.8)

He's playing selfishly in order to hide that he chokes in pretty much every end of every game in this series.
His teammates are better that he's allowing them to be.

When you take into account the context of Jame's high usage rate, low FG%, and GS's defensive gameplan then LeBron's stats start making a lot more sense.

Usage has nothing to do with dominating the ball - usage is literally a measure of how many shots you attempt + turnovers.. The higher usage you have, the harder it is to maintain efficiency, or points per 100 posesssions (offensive rating, ORtg).. This is from the creator of usage:

"In a later chapter of Basketball on Paper, Oliver emphasized that Offensive Ratings shouldn't be viewed in a vacuum. Introducing a concept he called "Skill Curves", he acknowledged that a player's ORtg needed to be judged in conjunction with his Usage Rate, a measure of how big a role the player fills in his team's offense. The bigger the role, the more difficult it is to maintain a high ORtg; the smaller the role, the easier it is to be highly efficient. Because of this, Oliver stressed that a player's ORtg should primarily be compared to those of other players in a similar role."

(the above quote is in footnotes at bottom of this basketbal-reference.com page: http://www.basketball-reference.com/about/ratings.html

MJ has the highest career usage in the regular season (33.3%) and playoffs (35.6%), with a 118 ORtg.. His career high usage in the playoffs was 38.0% in 1993, with a 119 ORtg.. MJ has the highest usage + offensive rating ever.. He was simply able to maintain his efficiency despite an increasing offensive burden.

Lebron's usage is 37.6% this playoffs, which is far higher than his career average usage of 32.1%.. His unusually high usage explains his unusually low 105 ORtg and overall efficiency.. Unlike MJ, Lebron simply can't maintain a high FG% while undertaking such a high shooting volume and scoring load.
