Love the fire that he exhibits. The guy would punt a set of infant twins in the Pacific like a fricken football to win an a measly practice scrimmage. Not a fan of what he yelled out to Kupchak though. As a teammate, I wouldn't take lightly to hearing something like that...

I really don't see how you could fault him for this.
We've seen in the past, this is the type of leader he is. He isn't afraid of talking shit to anyone, including his own teammates. He needs to be this demanding of them because they aren't very talented as a whole and the ones with talent are older.
Imagine this:
You're Kobe and playing in a scrimmage against your teammates and not only do they lose by a good margin, they don't seem to have any sense of urgency and didn't put up much of a fight. Would you not get frustrated and angry? Would you not call them out in a manner that would be heard?
