I must have missed the part where OP said Bird was better than Lebron.

Whether or not that's what he was implying is debatable, but all he did was post numbers that show how great Bird was, and I agree with the premise that a lot of people forget just how great he was before the back issues. He won 3 straight MVP's in a league with, among others, Jordan and Magic. In fact if Bird had remained healthy, those early 90's Celtics may have won a title.
