Re: BREAKING: Cavs waive Junior Smith
No, Thank you.
We've got Danny Green, Avery Bradley, KCP, and Troy Daniels. There is absolutely no need for a 5th shooting guard, especially when said shooting guard shoots 30% from the field. We are, however, in the market for a small forward, so let me know when one of those guys get bought out.
Sincerely,
Senior Lakers Spokesperson (ISH)

JR would be good for Houston.
Portland
If motivated, he's still a good roleplayer.

They're all good role players until they play with Bran

Re: BREAKING: Cavs waive Junior Smith
JR would be a good pick up for depth purposes on any playoff team. Shouldn't be given anything more than a 7th-8th man role with potential starting ability for stretches.
That's what he is.

Re: BREAKING: Cavs waive Junior Smith
J.R. is pretty close to the end of his career I think. Maybe if he was more professional throughout his career he'd have a longer one, but I think his attitude and off the court stuff is going to hurt him in free agency.
