I think it has more to do with the playgrounds they grow up on than the color of their skin. I've played with some really good black shooters and some really talented white players. One of the best dunkers I ever played with was a 6'4" white player that went on to play for Radford when they made it to the NCAA tournament.

Well, the best shooter I mean shooters(just remembered another guy) I have seen were white. Both were at the gym also. Some of them seem to be very athletic, yet they don't use it. My god the the high school players are awesome(saw one from Orange Lutheran that was perfect in every aspect of his game but you know could improve it but you can't find any weakness). They just seem so robotic when they shoot. Same freaking form every single time/same freaking result.

Not trying to be racist, but here are my experiences.

White People:Absolutely dominating in the gym. I barely see them in the parks at all. I see a lot of white people who are guys that are DON'T LET HIM DO ANYTHING FROM 28 FEET.

Black People:Absolutely the most athletic in the gym. I see them a lot more than white people in the parks. However, I barely see them though. They are usually the tallest and buffest people in the gyms. I honestly have never seen any of them with a midrange shot. They could either shoot it from 25 feet or just layup.

Mexicans: I swear I never see them at the gym or parks. This mexican american's generation is still about soccer. Most of my high school juniors and seniors basketball players are mexican due to 3 groups of Asians quitting. Hopefully more go to basketball

Asians:For some reason, there are a lot of groups of old fob men in parks. They barely defend, shooting forms are shet, yet they keep on owning. They are very knowledgeable about the game(the old men). The high school school kids may be very good. However, they seem to like other sports more such as football and especially track. Honestly, I'm one of like maybe 2 or 3 kids that are asian who practices basketball and might be one out of 3 who works at it and is probably the only one who is going to give it my all. Now I see why some "basketball players" suck and don't get better. They just don't work on their game.

race has nothing to do with good shooting. it's just hard work. reggie miller is one of the best and last time check he isn't white. :-) but with MJ's precedence, who knows what can happen.
