But if Durant comes back in early December and leads his team out of the hole they're in then I say give it to him. We see how bad OKC is without him.
Durant is the perpetual MVP for many years to come, regardless of if he receives the award or not.
it's not so much durant being out, okc are bad because westbrook is injured. they were doing fine without durant when the season started.

They lost the only game he finished, and lost the other he didn't.
He played 5 quarters this year.
We've already seen what Durant can do without Westbrook though...

Russell played 41 minutes overall in this season, how could you even come up with such a ludicrous assumption.
How dumb can you be man

We're talking about the regular season MVP kid. Last year, without Westbrook, he dominated and led his team to a ton of wins.
Stay on topic. Guy says Thunder struggles are because Westbrook is out, even though Durant has proven he can handle the load without him. At least enough to acquire reg season wins.
MJ without Pippen loses to that Grizzlies team too.. was there a point you were trying to make? That you can't win in the playoffs without your second option?

LeBron leading the league in scoring and winning MVP only because Durant is out, man this league is so weak without Durant.

Probably. The only other person that can complete with him as an overall player is injured. Unless Davis improves drastically, I'd say it's Lebron's to lose.

he's scored 30+ in like 4 or 5 of his games already. he'd probably lead the league if KD was healthy anyway.

Durant averaged 30PPG the first 10 games last season when was the last time LeBron led the league in scoring?

You are aware that LeBron could easily lead the league in scoring if he wanted to?

2008 when he still had no jumper. The difference is one of these players is a one-dimensional p.ussy. And the other one is the most versatile superstar in NBA history.
