Think with the right formula it could be hilarious on a Eastbound and Down/Flight of the Conchords level

Semi professional martial artist & stuntman aspiring to be a martial arts expert, MMA champion and/or a martial arts actor/stuntman like Bruce Lee/Jackie Chan.

Similar to Warrior with Tom Hardy except this dude has never accomplished anything in his life and is a bit more traditionally martial arts minded, there is some American Shaolin or No Retreat, No Surrender elements in the movie. Spent his childhood Bruce Lee'ing his brothers and friends through tables and doing Jackie Chan stunts, jumping off the roof, performing dangerous feats, mimicking their heros on TV

Now in his 20's, working a deadbeat job, paying his way through his dreams and living in Mom's basement....
