You can legally shoot from behind the backboard in the NBA. I believe as long as it doesn't hit the shotclock or go over the shotclock it's legal.

It really is. Incredible.

This was last night, in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The game was played between the Slovenian champion Olimpija and the Serbian team Partizan, 4rd round of the Adriatic League.

If that guy stopped playing right now, this shot will have made his career worth his while.

Apparently it wasn't just luck, it seems that he has practised that shot a lot. Here he does it again in 4th or 5th attempt.
