Teams that have no excuse not to improve this year?
I'm thinking the Clippers. They added some bench depth at the big position with Spencer Hawes who will space the floor well with whoever they pair him with. Chris Paul is still in his prime and Blake Griffin had a breakout season last year and likely made more improvements for this season. Deandre Jordan is underrated as well.
Any ideas?

I'd say semantics. He averaged 19 points / 11 assists on 47% shooting last year.
Still GREAT production.

Bulls are a good one as well. Let's hope Rose and Gasol stay healthy.

Raptors. Resigned all key players, got few additional pieces, core is young and should improve going into this season.

Not sure if this is sarcasm. They lost Asik, Parsons, and Lin. While adding Ariza and Terry.

Bulls and Cavs. Cavs are a bit of a silly answer though because I don't see any way they are worse this year
