Anyone here open their third eye?

I spend 20-40 minutes in the morning and the same quantity once again about 8-10 hours later.

About 5-10 minutes of mindfulness before sleep.

I occasionally delve into other methods of meditation but the above is my behaviored routine. I sometimes do energy, guided or chanting meditation at random times.

What do you recommend I do to open my third eye and the rest of my chakras? I am a beginner

I can't recommend anything myself. I don't have proper knowledge on opening up chakras as a whole, nor the kundalini.

Meditation and awakening your inner eye does not change you physically. However having dominion over your mind creates stronger will. The Will can then shape your daily behavior which can alter your body. When you have clarity of mind the profundity of zen creates vitality and whole body energy.

As for Steez I have no clue what he is specifically referring to. Neither do I know if he was being serious or flippant.

Its not a psychedelic to produce proper propulsion. Its not about a high, its to create a dissociative trigger. Through that detachment of consciousness you gain a different perspective. You also gain an appreciation for reality as it is and not as we often filter it to be.
