Can you say for a FACT that he wasn't alone?

How do you know he didn't kidnap somebody?

Not saying that it happened, what I am saying is that nobody knows for sure, at least not at the time they burnt the shit down.

Where they in contact with him?

How can they be 100% certain? How can they verify for sure? What if they were in contact but he lied?

Yes it's a lot of speculation but those are all legit questions.

He was in a carjacked vehicle and trying to get away, when cops spotted the vehicle. He crashed it and escaped on foot. The cops followed and they exchanged fire with dorner before he ran into the cabin.

So I'm pretty sure that they saw him alone go into the cabin and they got in touch with the cabin's owner who said no one was staying there at the time.

Dorner crashed that car and hijacked a pickup truck as officials from the state Fish and Game Department pursued him.

"I saw some movement in the trees and it was Christopher Dorner and he came out onto the road, out of the snow, and he was dressed in all camouflage and had a big assault, sniper-type rifle and he had a vest on, like a ballistics vest," Rick Heltebrake, the pickup's driver, told ABC News.

"He was dressed up to do some damage it looked like. He said, 'I don't want to hurt you. Just get out and start walking up the road and take your dog with you,'" Heltebrake said.

Dorner then took off into the woods on foot, where sheriff's deputies pursued him to a rental cabin in which he barricaded himself and began firing.

Two deputies were wounded in the firefight and airlifted to a nearby hospital, where one died, police said. The second deputy received non-life threatening injuries, police said.

    More detailed description
Shortly after 12 p.m. Tuesday, the authorities received a report of a stolen white pickup truck and a description that fit Mr. Dorner’s. Soon after, he was spotted driving a white 2005 Dodge pickup by an officer with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. The suspect was driving toward the officer in the opposite lane, said Andrew Hughan, a spokesman for the department. The officer recognized Mr. Dorner, stepped out of his vehicle and fired at the suspect, who returned fire. Neither was injured, Mr. Hughan said.

The officer and a colleague chased the man, who crashed the pickup, fired at them and ran into the cabin.

More officers arrived and surrounded the cabin, and more gunfire was exchanged. Mr. Dorner fired out a window of the cabin before trying to flee from the rear, throwing a smoke bomb to hide his escape, but police gunfire drove him back inside, The Los Angeles Times reported. The newspaper also reported that deputies used smoke bombs to cover their evacuation of the fallen deputies.

It could have been tear gas that started the fire. I stated earlier that tear gas was an incidiary device, but this article states not all tear gas canisters are, but the that cops used both

SWAT officers surrounding the cabin were under a "constant barrage of gunfire," one source said. “He put himself in that position. There weren’t a lot of options.”

Hoping to end the standoff, law enforcement authorities first lobbed "traditional" tear gas into the cabin. When that did not work, they opted to use CS gas canisters, which are known in law enforcement parlance as incendiary tear gas. These canisters have significantly more chance of starting a fire. This gas can cause humans to have burning eyes and start to feel as if they are being starved for oxygen. It is often used to drive barricaded individuals out.

Bro it was caught on audio them saying "get the gas cans!"... don't buy into the bullshit and be that naive. They set a fire the old fashioned way and burned the dude.

I don't even understand why you would shoot and kill someone, then burn them? That makes no sense at all.

A part of me doesn't even believe this story.

Why would you think tear gas started the fire when there's audio recording of police scanners where they say "burners" have been deployed and that they "now have fire"? They also have live audio recordings of officers saying "burn that motherfkucker down"...
