If ennis falls to raptors

Saw in a recent mock of ennis falling to twenty.
Obviously the Canadian aspect would be huge. I'd be all for bachynski at 56 and a 3man with our first pick in second round
He could mentor under Lowry and Vazquez.
Probably comes in and plays 16 or so minutes a night.
Rotation minutes.

Lowry 16 ennis 16 Vazquez 16.
Lowry 18 Vazquez 7 derozen 23.
Ross 28 derozen 12. Fields 8. Novak. Draft pick.

Amir 22 Patterson 26. Novak
Val 30 Amir 6 Hansbrough 12. bachynski/hays

If they draft ennis de colo will be gone and they'd prob. Keep hansbrough.

I think him being Canadian should have zero effect on whether the Raptors draft him. If they think he's the best talent available, go for it. No need to re-sign Vasquez then and you can use the money elsewhere.

But it depends on who else will be available. I'd take someone like Rodney Hood over Ennis.

I don't care about having Canadians on this team. Just really good players.

As much as I have recommended or supported taking Ennis....

I cannot see how it will happen.

Above the Raptors are :

Atlanta who need a big but could also use a guard and I doubt they stretch to take a big.

Boston who need a guard depending on what happens with Rondo

Chicago who need a guard not named Heinrich or DJ

Chicago and Boston have two picks as well.

Q likes Hood.. me less so but I dont think he may be available either.

The only guy I lean to "not taking" is the Frenchman C Capela .... something doesnt sit right with me on that one.

if they take a wing. Out of those 4, I have Early, mcdaniels a toss up. Well ahead of Anderson and Warren.
I'd be happy with either guy. Both provide size, and athleticism on the wing.
