Knicks simply because they are the sole team in NY (yes I know Brooklyn but they just moved there) forever and yet they still suck.

i would say the knicks.

up until recently, the clippers had a really cheap owner who refused to build a championship caliber team.

the knicks on the other hand spent massive amounts of money on talent that got them no where.

MSG is known as the Mecca so that in itself should say the knicks are a bigger disappointment.
