    - Unfriendly people in general, cutthroat business culture
    - A lot of things are very expensive (House, car, parking, etc)

    Perth, Australia:

    + Beautiful city
    + Chillax and friendly Aussies
+ High quality of life (food, air)

    - Old school, not very modern
    - Everything closes early
I have extended family that lived in Singapore for like 3 years, and they loved it for all the reasons you mentioned above

    Seville, Spain

    Pros:

    - Good weather(except summer)
    - Friendly people
    - Excellent food.
    - Rich culture and great architecture. Basically lots of ancient cool buildings and weird traditions. Heritage of many different cultures like, Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Romans, Vandals, Moors, etc.
    - Landscapes, good vibe, nice parties and lots of things to do.

    Cons:

    - Extremely hot in summer.
    - Almost nobody speaks English.
    - Relatively small, 700K municipal population and 1.5million metropolitan population.
    - A minority is terribly snob and old fashioned. Specially older generations.
