Hell no. He's a SG with with permission to dominate the ball like a PG. He doesn't have the skills to be a true PG, and it'll lead to him leading league history in turnovers.
Just like we don't call LeBron, MJ, PG13 etc a PG.

I've always considered him as the PG of the rockets even though they listed him at SG. Logically now that he is going to officially play the position, he should be ranked among them.
