    Lin's looking good tonight.

I predict it's gonna be a close game, maybe overtime, with Lin nailing a game-winner.

I doubted the Asik signing at first but he looks good. Much more competent on offense that I remember him being in Chicago. Overall, still not great on offense but definitely at least competent.

Rockets offense is strange. Lowry should be dominating the ball but he's a bystander out there. Kind of like Nash under Mike Brown

Lin on the other hand, has been great so far

So Bargnani haters have to blame the team for 10 points deficit instead this time.

I will with plays like that. If big men want to take contested shots, go ahead. Not like he blew by him or anything.

Is it just me or does Lowry bug any of you guys? Don't get me wrong I think he is a hell of a player and I'm glad to have him on the team but sometimes I find myself questioning his decision making (forcing shots) and then theres times when he gets mad and he is slow running back on defence.

Speaking in general since we've acquired him, not just tonight.

Yeah, I know what your saying. That's the direction the league is going towards and for the future.
The thing that really grinds my gears is how Derozan gets more post looks than our bigs. I'm fine with him getting some of those iso post looks but not that many.

Sorry, I was referring to when he threw the ball directly to the Rockets right after DeMar got the steal on the other end.

He hasn't been given full reins of this team yet and it shows.

ps: Bargs is having a great game

If only he would stop reversing almost every lay-up he attempts

Oh well, I'm just happy having a functioning 7 footer again.

Expect a "**** you" email from Lin after this game lmao. He's nailing all his jumpers.

I can see what you mean. Sometimes he goes into that crazy chucker mode and you live or die with that. And yes, I don't like when he comes back on defense slow either.

Yeah, it's like Bargs and Triple D switched bodies or something. DeMar wants to play like a big man and Bargs wants to play like a guard.

The playcalling is really on the coach, though.

Lowry, so far, has been the Raptors best scorer (and best overall player). Why would anyone have an issue with him taking shots? Sure he forces things at times but so does every single other high-volume shooter in the league. Lowry isn't even the most "guilty" player on the Raptors of doing that (Bargnani and Derozan).

Just because he's a PG, doesn't mean he shouldn't look for his own offense. If he doesn't have good efficient scorers around him, by all means take the shots yourself.

He's like a hybrid of Chris Paul and Russell Westbrook.

And I agree, when you don't have the best scorers around, who else you going to look for ? We don't even play our efficient big men enough when their having a good game over a guy who's playing shooting horribly (see Ed Davis/Bargnani sub vs Spurs).
