I actually do believe in the concept of innocent until proven guilty. The prosecution has the burden of proof, therefore I assume the defendant is innocent until the prosecution proves otherwise.

I'm going to stand off on making definitive decisions but here are the facts.

1. There were recreational drugs present in the woman at the time of the alleged rape
2. The woman was both a known prostitute and drug user
3. The woman would have had a substantial financial gain if she would have won the case.
4. Kobe, at the time and now, was one of the most influential and attractive athletes in the world and many woman clearly wanted to have consensual sex with him

So how do you believe it went down? Did he suddenly force her clothes off (any evidence of that?)? Or did she consentually start to make out with him and perhaps even consent to sex, only to change her mind in the middle of it for lack of a condom or something else?
