The Sixers should go hard after Lillard and Cousins
They have a ton of assets and no real direction besides perpetual tanking. The East is weak so now is the time to make a move. Offer Okafor, 2016 LAL PHI OKC MIA 1st round picks for Cousins. The Kings could flip maybe 2 of the picks for Lawson. Offer Embiid, Noel, and Saric for Lillard. Then sign LMA for the max. Sign Danny Green and Demarre Carroll to reasonable deals.
Lillard
Green
Carroll
LMA
Cousins

Do you actually suggest that the 76ers trade for another center?

Do you actually suggest that the Blazers trade for 2 injury prone bigs?

Even rookies and their agents don't want anything to do with Philly right now. No way in hell any decent FA signs off on getting traded there.

Noel played in 75 games last season. Embiid might be injury prone. Saric isn't injury prone. The Blazers are rebuilding. Might as well tank for Ben Simmons.
Simmons
Noel
Embiid

Free Agents will want to go there if they acquire Cousins and Lillard. Those trades will prove that they are serious about winning.

Both would probably refuse.

Noel was basically injury-free last year and I thought only had the freak ACL tear in college. His defensive #s have him in convo for best rookie defender ever lol.
Lillard is a sure thing, but if you guys are losing all key FAs and don't want to give Lillard a max (which would pay him like $22.5M in 2016-2017), then Noel/Embiid/Saric is a darn good haul honestly.

It really is. The West is brutal. Lillard + scrubs won't get the blazers anywhere.
