Jordan's era forced perimeter players to shoot over bigmen in the bigman's wheelhouse - the paint.

Otoh, today's era allows perimeter players to shoot over bigmen on the perimeter, where the big men are mismatched against a quicker guard that can blow by them or shoot over them AT WILL

Pretty big difference if you ask me.. And Jordan's one-of-a-kind combination of goat athleticism and goat midrange shooting makes him uniquely qualified to take advantage of today's cupcake setup more than anyone else.

Due to the spaced-out setup on screen-rolls where bigs are forced defend on the perimeter (shown in the OP), Jordan might play point guard and use screen-roll incessantly in today's game, just like Harden and Lebron do.

And by doing so, he'd average far more assists than both.. He'd show that Lebron's 6-7 assist range is actually pretty pathetic for a point-guard level ball-dominator in a such an easy, spaced-out setup.

Ultimately, Jordan's prime stats would be better than they were in his era, probably 35+ ppg, 6 rebounds, and 10+ assists.. Don't be surprised - spacing makes the game easier for EVERYONE - why would Jordan be different?
