They could stick LeBron on Magic, and Chris Paul would be matched up against John Stockton, either way, if they were to match up Magic Johnson wouldn't have a chance in hell to guard Chris Paul. Chris Paul wouldn't be able to guard Magic neither, but a 1992 Magic vs a 2012 CP3, CP3 wins.

Magic doesn't have to guard CP3 if CP3 is killing him or vice versa. Jordan or Pippen could stick CP3. But I think the advantage would go over to the dream team because Magic is a mistmatch. If LeBron James is sticking Magic, who is guarding Pippen? And since Magic could play multiple positions, it will complicate things because of his playmaking ability.

Re-watching a lot of the '92 Olympics games recently, Magic looks pretty damn good to me. And why wouldn't he? Just a year ago he averaged 19/7/12/48%, finished 2nd in MVP voting and led his team to the NBA Finals. The guy would still be the best PG in the NBA today.
