Collectively I'm seeing a bunch of downers on the Nets, a team that has beat the CHEAT 3 times, one time when they were getting blown out by the Cavs.

I like this team in the playoff, maybe even to take Miami out in the second round, they match up great against them and the Thornton acquisition was pure brilliance.

Since the new year they are 11-3 against western conference opponents. the recovery has nothing to do with being in the east, unless you mean the playoff recovery.

also, kidd never lost his locker room once during the season and kept everyone on track. for a first year coach, that is applaudable and respectable. coaches do get a lot of blame but kidd was the one who decided to sign livingston and the one who decided to give mirza playing time. those two are a big part of our success yet people say "no, don't give kidd any respect".

Magnificently said good sir. Guess people can't transition from the hate Kidd was getting earlier in the year. Just hear his players speak about the great qualities of his coach. Rallied the troops that where in despair (worse that the knicks at one point) with key players injured yet kept his cool, figured out the rotations that worked for this particular team and they have been playing like a contender that WILL cause problems in the playoffs.
