Excessive ball-dominance is bad, but so is excessive bird-feeding/play-finishing

AD is assisted on 70+ % of his shots... That's way too much for a player of his talent/skill combination

It's essentially bad coaching that didn't know what to do with his next level talent

Repeated pnr's won't win with AD...That makes him too much of a play-finisher, which reduces his impact and ability to "carry" his team to victory

The offense needs to run through AD to an extent - he needs to create more like say, Blake Griffin (who is nowhere near as good) - that would help his team win more than letting jrue holiday put the pressure on the defense..

AD putting pressure on the defense wears down the defense thus blunting their offensive attack more than jrue holiday putting pressure on the defense.. if the defense only has to worry about AD when he's finishing a play or alley, they're being let off easy... It's a huge mistake to make AD primarily a play-finisher

And it's funny because that's lebron's weakness - his ball monopolizing turns teammates into play-finishers... However, this weakness is minimized with a goat play-finisher like AD - he finishes better than anyone lebron ever had... But if AD and Lebron don't play off each other (so lebron playing off AD, not just AD off lebron), they won't reach their potential - there's no reason they shouldn't win b2b right now, especially with the kd-warriors being finished and kawhi potentially joining a weaker clipper team than his raptors
