Default Dale Davis

I ran into him the other day and briefly chatted with him. He was in town hanging out with Oak (Charles Oakley). He looked to be in great condition, as always...is he currently on anyone's roster or is he a free agent? Seeing as how even Kevin Willis got a look last year, would you give him a training camp shot for your team this year?

He's with the Pistons, and yes, I'd give him a shot this year.

He is an FA for the pistons. I kinda would like to keep him on board but it prob wont happen. He could easily play the role of Deke or Zo on a good team.

I'd rather him go and just play one of the young guys instead, even if it means going small off the bench or something like that.

Hes eating Maxiell and Amir's minutes up. They have a ton of big body's on board so they really don't need him.

but hes also one of the two players (Nazr) who can bang with the handful of true centers in the league. Can you imagine E Curry posting up Maxiell? Count it. He was fine with his limited role last year and think he would still be good in that position. I trust him at the 5 more than Nazr (at least in 10-15 a night off the bench). I agree amir and max need more mins and if that means we need to limit the available options of our terrible coach so be it, but if used sparingly, he would be quite the deep asset.

He is definitely not fine with his role. He has complained in the papers about not playing as much as he thought he would since the first week of his first regular season with the Pistons.
