    2015 free agency is where he's going to be judged, really. Not much you can do with no cap room or draft picks.

    So far all he's done is hire a coach, and even that you can't judge. I like that he has the future in mind though.

    Yes but the reality is, if Fisher turns out be good then Phil is a genius.
