Millsap is definitely elite, second-tier at worst.

Thing is Carroll is a legitimately great defensive player yet has become a punchline the instant he has to deal with LeBeast. To be fair to him though, the past two ECFs facing LeBron, he played through injury w/ ATL and has been coming off multiple injuries all season now w/ Toronto. That excuse can only go so far but it bears noting.
