I want to say Butler, but I don't think he ever faced 'All out' Lebron. The kind of lebron we saw in the finals, I kinda feel like Butler faced Lebron in the RS and in the 2nd round of the playoffs where Lebron wasn't in his highest gear yet.
So due to lack of proper evidence, I'ma go with Kawhi.

in the playoffs against those guys he would basically average 30/10/10 on 50% and win rings
