Why does copeland keeps playing so much? Knicks want to lose him? Just keep him buried in the bench until he is locked with a longer contract.

I love him but you're absolutely right. Smith was like this last year, tho he does more. Novak is hitting the shots when the pressure is off. He's got to play MUCH better. And, honestly, 40% isn't enough for him. He needs to shoot better than that.

They weren't on pace tho...but you said any team with him is guaranteed to win 60. In the East, with Wade playing great, they didn't win 60...and last year, they weren't on pace. So I don't think he's an automatic 60wins.

you people seriously arguing over us losing when we are missing our 3 biggest pieces, dont pretend like u expect our team minus them to be knocking off top teams,
im just hoping that at least melo and chandler get healthy and 100% come playoff time

The Knicks aren't good. Even with Melo and Chandler.

Why do you feel the need to invade every knick thread with the same nonsense? Just continue to ride that heat bandwagon and be happy.

That train of thought is reserved for teams that are known to hit the light switch on once the post-season begins.

An organization that isn't known for that characteristic - who hasn't escaped the first round in 10+ years - isn't afforded that safety net.

I will say that this game was trivial though, Knicks aren't beating anyone without Melo or Chandler. Gonna suck though, because after being as close as a couple of games for the #1 seed 6 weeks ago, the Knicks very well may end up a 4th or even 5th seed.

yea i agree, but what else do i get to bank on when half our team is injured each year during the regular season and playoffs, hoping they can get it clicking and make a serious run when it counts

I hear you, that's a realistic point. If fans had no hope, they wouldn't watch. I may not agree with your hopes, but I can understand why you feel that way.

This game wasn't really indicative of anything other than the Knicks being a poor team without their 3 best players.
