I posted years ago - that pic shared here was legit confirmed to be RRR3 by RRR3 I'm pretty sure he had also shared it himself years ago. I think especially after like 10 years it's prob not nice to keep sharing it because he probably doesn't want it shared anymore but I do think that's him not josh gad
