Bullshit.
All that effort to cater to 36 million people when 1/6 of Canada's population in essentially in the Toronto area, already saturated with basketball fans and 1/3 of Canada's population being in Ontario and also saturated with basketball fans? They had Vancouver with the grizzlies for a while and the asian population there didn't bite (Vancouver is loaded with asians, it's called Hongcouver for a reason).
