Didn't Cavs willingly trade LeBron to the Heat in 2010? After Dan Gilbert disrespected LeBron with the infamous letter, he trades LeBron for draft picks, LeBron didn't willingly leave he was traded.
And in 2014 didn't Riley disrespect LeBron in the press conference and then chose to give Bosh the max instead of LeBron? Riley chose Bosh over LeBron, nothing to do with Bron.
Seems like it was LeBron who was betrayed in both instances
