Bill Burr had brilliant commentary about this scandal - all these actresses kids got into these colleges that they didn't "deserve" to get into but somehow were still able to graduate or survive the curriculum?

That's just it. The college admissions process is bullshit. The SAT and ACT are not very good at predicting a student's performance once they're in college. It's been proven time and again.

This plus it's easy enough to do well enough on them to get into the college you want to get into.
"That's easy for you to say Egokiller, you got a 31 on your ACT and probably could have gotten a 33 if you took it again"

Is it really much of a stretch to think that they might've had some help graduating? It's a shit bit if it can be deconstructed in real time.

funny how rich people get away with a stigma of being saints even AFTER they've been caught doing something illegal.
parents bribe school to get their kids into college.
public believes those kids graduated from that college on their own merit, not once do they even consider they may have cheated their way through school.

A lot harder to bribe multiple professors than a single coach.
I don't see why people care about this issue - college is a scam for many individuals anyway.

My next door neighbor is one of the ditziest chicks you'll ever meet. Turns out she graduated from Dartmouth. For the life of me I couldn't understand how this stupid bitch ever got in until I found out that her dad has a building on campus named for him.

For normal people, this would be a joke. For OP? Fourteen days away from the internet? He'd kill himself.
