Kind of unfortunate too since they finally got Bill Shatner for the new Star Trek movie.

    R.I.P

It's a real shame cause I've heard about them reuniting for the next Star Trek like 2 weeks ago.

    R.I.P. Spock

Also remember him as William Bell on Fringe. Underrated show.

Sort of off topic but not really, did ISH have a death pool this year?

RIP Mr Spock! Thank-you for making Star Trek as great as it is. You will be remembered forever as we enter space, the final frontier.

"... yet it should be noted, in the midst of our sorrow, this death takes place in the shadow of new life, the sunrise of a new world; a world that our beloved comrade gave his life to protect and nourish. He did not feel this sacrifice a vain or empty one, and we will not debate his profound wisdom at these proceedings. Of my friend, I can only say this: Of all the souls I have encountered in my travels, his was the most ... human."
    -James T Kirk

Leonard Nimoy will be missed but never forgotten. Cheers, my friend!

i guess not a lot of people know it on ISH, but nimoy was way more than just spock from star trek.

dude was an excellent narrator, voice actor, stage actor, director, writer, humorist. he also did other popular TV series, like mission impossible and lots of notable guest roles.
