I'm hearing that's a similar injury to bo jackson's ? he's not a running back but your hip is still pretty damn important regardless and he will be taking hits there as a qb .. might be it for him .. probably will 'make it' on some team but he won't be there long

It's not the same.

Bo's livelihood was running very quickly and bowling over people. He didn't really have the shiftiness that a lot of great NFL backs have/had.

You take even 10% of that speed/power away and he's no longer all that effective against NFL defenses.

Obviously it's drastically different for a quarterback. Even one who uses his legs.

The more concerning thing about Tua is that he's always seemed to have some injury or another.
