Lets say the Detroit Pistons back in the day had a 70-12 record and Billups and Hamilton tied for leading scorers with 19.5 PPG who would be the MVP of the season? Or would a player from the Pistons even be the MVP? Thats whats confusing about all this MVP voting but forshure this season its Kobe at one and Bron at two but I see that changing.

It will come down to both stats, and team record.Right now Kobe has them both

I can't include Melo because the Nuggets faltered big time when Billups was out. Makes me think Billups is the MVP of the team, even if Melo is the best player on the team... and if he's not MVP on his own team, how can he be in the league?
