How are you going to have good ball movement when you have the worst guard rotation in the league? Cole and Chalmers were spot up shooters for 4 years. Once LeBron left, they have proven they can't run an offense at all. They have been exposed.

The problem for the Heat just like the Thunder this season has been health. They have had no time to gel, they looked great to start the season until they started getting injuries. They also lack any guard of quality outside of Wade, literally every guard on that team besides him is a scrub.
