An owner like Mark Cuban, Phoenix Medical staff, Popp as coach, and SAS front office, thus, maximizing every player to its full potential, great basketball atmosphere etc, who would have won the championships in the past 10 seasons? Looking great on paper would literally mean theyd be great, and teams like this years Hawks would NOT be 1 in the East. Thoughts?
