If you took MJ in his prime
And you time travelled the Warriors to that season, and told MJ that there was no way he could stop Curry, and that the Warriors were about to be better than any of his teams, what would the result be?

Curry would feel the wrath of MJ. Like a prime, male lion defending his territory against a challenger to his throne. MJ would relentless try to bury him. GOAT gonna GOAT.

Except this wouldn't be a Christmas day game, and Curry would be trying.

MJ was the only prime, male lion in his pride and Pip and Grant were merely sub-adult, beta males and couldn't help MJ much in their clashes whereas the Pistons were a pride with 5-8 prime, male lions. 1 against 5-8 isn't fair. It was only when the sub-adult males in Pip/Grant entered their prime that MJ had enough help to de-throne the great Pistons dynasty.

That's what'd matter the most for the Bulls vs Warriors. How the "other guys" play. MJ isn't going to shut anyone down on a team that can pass and shoot so well. You need the guys who will be hedging/shading/switching to do their job.

lol @ even suggesting that ANY of MJ's teams were as stacked as the Lakers/Celtics.

Form is temporary
Re: If you took MJ in his prime
It would make MJ mad and turn him into a monster putting up huge offensive numbers winning 8 MVPs and 8 titles and then promptly retires, then the Warriors finally win after being the bridesmaid for 6 seasons.

I agree MJ would get so mad. Like I mean SO damn mad that he'd escape Earth's atmosphere. He really would. He'd WILL himself to.

Re: If you took MJ in his prime
Warriors go to his time? Well, hand checking would catch the Warriors off guard just for starters. If Curry still gave him fits, Oak or Horace would rattle him 10X what Delly did in the Finals.
