Default Is Nerlens Noel on the trading block?

I'm wondering about what Philly fans think of him. He's a guy I wish Portland would go after. He hasn't made a lot of noise yet but I think he's getting better as a player.

Did the 76ers give up on him already?

The Sixers just have better bigs now. Embiid, Okafor, Saric and Holmes are all more valuable than Noel atm. Even Nerlens has said that there are too mamy bigs on the roster and someone needs to move on.

He is also a free agent after this season so expect him to get traded at some point this season before he walks and the Sixers get nothing.

Portland would be a good fit for him, I concur.

They either need to move Okafor or Noel.

I'd like to see them hang on to both of them up until the draft lottery and if they don't get the #1 pick, maybe find a way to trade up by swapping picks and using one of the players and a future first to be able to ensure they can take Dennis Smith #1.

Boston had their chance before the draft when the Sixers offered them up for the 3rd pick. They couldn't get a deal done. Don't really see anything else Boston has to offer atm.

Olshey won't overpay for him, and there is nothing really on the Blazers roster that I can see catching Philly's attention besides Dame & CJ, which would make the trade DOA.

But yeah, Noel or one of the bigs have to be on the block, and I'm guessing its Okafor. Noel is an upcoming FA, granted, he is restricted, will probably be maxed by a desperate association.
