Wow. That "cop" had no control of his suspect. If that black guy suddenly turned violent, as suspects tend to do, he'd overpower the hell out of that cop.

Its videos like this that subsequently cause reckless and ignorant behavior. These mooseheads just couldn't put their ego's aside, stop and admit they ****ed up.
