He's so underrated in that regard. So many huge clutch defensive plays for OKC in the playoffs, I could list tons of them. If someone like LeBron had even half that many huge clutch defensive plays in the playoffs this year, he's going into next year as the DPOY favorite.

I wish I could find a gif showing a close up of Westbrook playing defense the Spurs. They showed it on TV during the game in a slow motion shot and he looked fukking POSSESSED like I haven't seen since Kobe or Jordan. He had that glare in his eyes, was locked into his man, and his feet and hands were moving so quickly.

I think the Bulls will be the best defensive team in the league next year with offense coming a lot easier to them and with them being out in the East.

OKC should be top 3 again though.

    Let me see

    Spurs defence vs OKC defence

    Parker << westbrook
    Green>>>Roberson
    Leonard >>>>>>>>>>>> durant
    Duncan = ibaka
    Splitter>>>>> Adams

So no thunder do not have the best starting 5

They don't have a juggernaut in that starting five so I'm tempted to say no.

Ibaka gets his blocks, but he's below average in a lot of areas, and a smart player like Duncan exploited that in the OT of game 6. Durant and Westbrook are solid-to-good players. Never seen this Roberson guy so I can't really comment, and Adams is a very solid big who has his moments.

Ibaka plays defense like a NBA 2k player online.

They may be good individual or 1 on 1 defenders, but they need better team defense. The kind that Nick Collison provides, unfortunately he is a negative on offense. Need higher IQ at that end.

    Indiana and Chicago are better.

Roberson is going to rape people defensively.

Morrow playing the Kevin Martin role.

    This

OKC now has, quite easily, the most talent in the league with YEARS of chemistry and continuity to go along with that.

Only Scott Brooks could screw this up TBH.
