On basketball-reference.com, Plus/Minus Per 100 possessions (On Court) takes the margin of points-points allowed while they are on the court right? While Plus/Minus Net Per 100 possessions (On-Off) takes the margin of points-points allowed while they are on the court minus point-points allowed while they are off the court right? Whatever the case, Kobe's is incredibly bad right now.
