What I mean by that is that he's been playing the role of Mike and Scottie by scoring and facilitating the offense. That's a lot of work I think. Especially since nobody else can facilitate and knows the offense. I think Kobe needs a "Scottie" who can score and facilitate like Pippen did if he wants to save his legs and energy. Maybe get a point foward like Andrew Iguodala or any point guards like Chris Paul or somebody else. That'll make the game easier for him.

LeBron would fit that role nicely. But a good pg would work, like CP3. They look pretty unstoppable in the allstar games.
Kobe scores, CP3 scores, Kobe passes, CP3 passes, it was like a two man game.

Kobe isn't Jordan.Jordan at his age, was living at post,like a PF or C. Kobe is living & dying with his jumpers at the moment. They should learn how to use Gasol and Bynum more effective. It would help Kobe's game a lot since there will be less pressure on him because of inside scorers.
Also Odom is one of the best all around players.He can score,assist,rebound,defend good enough. They should have better defensive pg.
