They are a veteran team... they don't need practice as much as other teams, probably a little rest won't hurt... But on the other hand Indiana could gain momentum and confidence, knowing that they hit the rival so hard that they are backing off practice.

Why would they have practice after a game when they have 3 days off? That's absurd. The players probably insisted they would skip practice, forcing Erik to cancel practice. Which indicates that the Heat are going downhill rapidly.
