Kobe/Gasol/Randle are the first 3 options. Plus they'd have the best bench in the league..

They can boast a giant frontcourt of Gasol (high/low post passing) + Randle (beast down low), which can be similar to the Memphis Grizzlies frontcourt of Marc Gasol + Zach Randolph. Let's not forget, Lakers also have Kobe.

I don't see how they miss the playoffs if you guys have the Grizzlies making it.
