Once the Clippers settle who's going to be considered the 2 between Kawhi and PG, then THAT GUY is EASILY over Beal! From there, Kawhi would ACTUALLY be considered THE BEST SG on the planet if it's him. And PG seems to be getting better and better each year. So if he's considered the SG, then he could POSSIBLY be over Harden to at some point.

But if Kawhi is going to be considered the SG, then its Kawhi and Harden at the top two obviously. You could make a case for either at the top. BUT after those two, there's a considerable drop off. BECAUSE Kawhi and Harden would be AMONG the top 6 SG's EVER peak-prime wise. Harden is ALREADY in that mix. And Kawhi just needs to play the SG spot MORE EXCLUSIVELY. Even though TECHNICALLY off of what he brings to the table, he's already on that level. It's just a matter of IF he's on that level at the SG or SF.

If the Clippers didn't sign Kawhi AND PG, then Beal does have a case as the 2nd best SG after Harden. Once the Clippers signed both of those guys, IT MEANT the SG spot was GONNA GET a major influx of SUPERSTAR level talent. It just depends WHICH ONE will actually settle at the 2 spot. This era of SG's is good and all. BUT it can't touch the 2000s era of SG's! With Kobe, Wade, T Mac, AI, Ray Ray, Vince, and Manu. Plus Pierce's primary position for 4-5 years was the SG spot in that era. EIGHT first ballot HOFers in an era for a position is basically UNPARALLED!!! Kobe, Pierce, Wade, Vince, and Manu will be locks for 1st ballot HOF. T Mac, AI, and Ray of course are already in.
