Lillard is top point guard along with curry.

IMO, everyone else is a step below. Lillard is at his best in crunch time and can take over games.

Tier 2: CP3, Lillard, Lowry
Tier 3: Irving, Wall

I would put Lillard at 4 behind Westbrook, Paul and Curry. Lilliard is a similar type of player as Curry, just not at the same level.

There are a bunch of guys who are about equal after that (Wall, Conley, Lowry, Teague)

Parker has been absolutely terrible this year.
