I think they need to earn the respect back.
Yes, injuries devestated them. But Clippers managed wins without CP3, sometimes without Blake Griffin, OKC managed some wins without Durant, some without Westbrook, Houston without Howard, Memphis without anyone.

You just have to wonder how much of that shit storm can be forgiven to injuries and how much is just dysfunctional on a general basis.

2. Tyreke is easy top 10 talent if he is the main ball handler. Trust me I watch every game he plays. I'm predicting 19/6/7 this year and when he is 100% next year I predict 23/6/8 both on around 45/35/80 both years. He will also be a top 10 MVP candidate, trust me.

3. Buddy Hield is a perfect off guard for Evans and Holiday might be the best backup in the NBA

1. Nope, Tyreke will be back in December and stay healthy.
2. Did Darius Miles ever average 20/5/5 or win ROY? Tyreke is just unlucky so far, Darius Miles was a headcase.

I am not saying that Alvin Gentry is a very bad coach but I think he could be the most over rated coach in the league right now.
13 years as head coach and he had like 4 winning seasons including when he inherited stacked teams in Phoenix and Detroit.
If his roster is strong, he looks ok but once his main players gets injured.... He's no Thibs who can work his magic if his star goes down.
The Clips team he coached was very decent IMO and yet they didn't go anywhere. I guess the Pelicans MGT gave him so much credit for being in the GSW bench when they won it all and yet, that same team even got better and racked up 73 teams when he left, meanwhile his Pelicans went down as he mismanaged Davis and failed to install a workable defensive system etc.

Tyreke, Holiday, Anderson, Asik, etc are all quality players but they just can't stay healthy.

If Davis has another injury riddled off year they could throw in the towel early and start tanking man.

Playoff team at best unless Buddy Hield replaces Kobe as the GOAT guard post 2000

Tyreke is a point-small-forward.

Unique player of quality just always injured and never really developed his game because of it. But anyone who watched an in-form Tyreke Evans knows he's got game.
