They are a supremely well coached team, but the problem is they lack the talent to go to the next level. Realistically right now, their ceiling is 50 wins. They need to get a point guard like Darren Collison

I don't think the Warriors sweep them in a series.

no real go-to scorer, unless you think hayward is that guy. and only an OK offensive system. theyd really benefit from a playmaking PG. even a guy like huertas would look good with their starting 5 with the defenders they would have behind him.

but if they can find that guy this season and give him alternating duties with a defensive PG in exum - when healthy - theyre gonna be a fun team.

If they could somehow land Conley in the offseason they are suddenly a top 3-5 seed team.

They need better pg play, rest of the team is fine.

I'm sure they'll put up a bigger fight than Houston.

Nobody is going to bang their head on the wall for too long over Quin Snyder.

That is their real problem, no guy you can give the ball to and say "Score." Alec Burks could be that type of player, but sadly his array of injuries makes him unavailable. BTW, Dwyane Wade says that Burks is the most underrated player in the league.
The problem really doesn't have much to do with PG's, although that certainly helps. ISB made a good point about them not having enough talent to get over the top, i.e. contend which I'd say is true. I see the Jazz as becoming a Grizzlies type team, good but not great. If there's any year where they can get a top 4 seed though, next year is it.

Hayward is a good scorer, but I think he is too slow in making decisions sometimes, deliberate but sometimes too deliberate. Utah would benefit from a strong post scorer and a good point guard.

Not sure he'd be any better than Mack has been.

All reports indicate Quin is a good communicator and a genius of a coach. Exactly the kind of guy Russell needed this season. Here's an excerpt of Kobe's experience with him:
