Default Bogut going down reminds me of Perkins going down in 2010

The Celtics were up 3-2 against Lakers in 2010 and were on their way to another NBA Champ, and then Perkins was injured. Everything went downhill from there, as the Lakers won 2 straight and clinched the victory of that series.

Now history is repeating itself, the Warriors lost Andrew Bogut in a heartbreaking blowout loss at home. With this, the Cavaliers have seized control of the series. Still down 2-3 though, they have a lot of work to do, but in my eyes they've won this series. Green's return will help Warriors a little, but not enough to power them to another win.

The series is over, Cavaliers will come back and win it 4-3, becoming the first ever team to rally from down 1-3 in NBA Finals. I wonder what would've happened if Green wasnt suspended. With the butterfly effect coming into play, Bogut might not have been hurt, and the Warriors would've clinched the series. But its all too late now, the Warriors chance of a repeat has slipped away. They have only themselves to blame.

How big effect has Bogut had in this series, tho? If this was Draymond going down, I would agree. But Bogut? I dunno...

Bogut had 4 in the opening minutes of 3rd quarter. If Green was on the court, Kerr would have taken out Bogut with 4 fouls, thus preventing the injury from happening. Also the Warriors would most likely to have a comfortable lead entering 2nd half, with a good chance to win the game. Now the table has turned, Id give Cavaliers a 90% chance to win this series. Unless Lebron chokes again(which I think he wont, hes a great player), they will win it.

The effect was much bigger than you think, a tie game became a blowout after he checked out. Next game Cavaliers will win by 20, and you will understand the impact of Bogut.

I've only been posting for a short time, but you are by far the worst poster on this board.

perkins was decent before that injury, Id say that injury was the turning point of his career.

i got the same vibe. ezeli isn't cerebral like bogut is, able to dribble a bit and pass when curry is doubled, and speights cant defend the rim for shit .. looks like draym0nd's gonna have to suit up extra and run small ball a bit longer.

Yeah, the moment Bogut checks out, the Warriors chance slips away. Cavs in 7, they will win two games comfortably.
