I can jump higher using one foot but the difference is very small. About a year ago I was horrible jumping with two feet but I improved a lot there so it's nearly equal.

Two footed jumper as I was a power Player.Helped me absorb contact and carry arms with my momentum.Just move if i'm in the air already.

I'm a one foot jumper in Basketball, but I've been playing lots of Beach V-Ball lately, so I'm really working on my two foot jump.
